We work for you, not your contractor. We don't do the repairs, so we have no reason to report anything but what's actually there.

Work outside a package is $125 an hour for software and $110 an hour for construction consulting.

Weekly check-ins for software. Field reports arrive within 48 hours of the visit.

You own your domain, your code and your data. Care plans are optional.
Field first, then software
Liveload Labs is run by Ryan Walker. Ryan works in construction, real estate development and property operations across North Carolina: field decisions, vendor management, due diligence and acquisition walks.
Along the way he started building the tools his teams needed, from job trackers that update live for the whole office to automations that file paperwork without anyone touching it. Liveload Labs offers that same work to other builders and owners.
