What a walk should catch
Most expensive surprises were visible on the walk. Pre won't let a report go final until every gap is closed and the walker signs off.
- A checklist with no skippingAbout 50 checkpoints across 11 systems. Each one is OK, N/A or an issue. A whole system can only be skipped with a reason.
- Findings that hold upCurrent condition, what happens if it waits, severity and likelihood, who owns it, cost now versus later, and marked-up photos.
